Sweeping and clearing of all floors and baseboards.
Removal of debris, nails, small wood scraps, and trash.
Scraping spackling, caulk, and glue from floors and tubs.

Phase 2: Detail Clean

$45 / hour

The most popular choice for a nearly-finished project.

Comprehensive dusting: walls, ceilings, fixtures, and vents.
Detailed wipe-down of baseboards, trim, and door frames.
Window frames, sills, and tracks cleaned (stickers removed).
Inside and out cleaning of all cabinets, shelves, and counters.

Phase 3: Final Polish

$55 / hour

The "white glove" service that makes the property shine.

Includes all Phase 1 & 2 services, PLUS:
Thorough sanitization of kitchens and bathrooms.
Cleaning and polishing of all fixtures and hardware.
Detailed vacuuming and final, streak-free mopping.
